Indical Bioscience signed an agreement to acquire Check-Points, a Dutch molecular diagnostics company and Dulisco venture. Check-Points is specialised in Salmonella typing for the food and veterinary market as well as antimicrobial resistance detection for human applications and through this acquisition the worldwide footprint of its unique, innovative products will be extended.
